Pallet Orders
We work hard to ensure your deliveries are as efficient as possible. Below are details that will help you with your order choice and enable you to plan and prepare for your delivery. We use our best efforts to ensure your bags arrive securely wrapped on the pallet and the 15Kg bags are easy to lift and store.
Once your order has been placed, delivery will be arranged and the courier company will contact you to arrange the delivery.
Some orders maybe delivered to you directly from overseas factories and we will inform you of the progress.

Bulk Shipments
Our Logistics Department will liaise with your Buying Department as how to best fulfill your order.
Shipment sizes
In the event that a customer has ordered and not specified that there are access restrictions, and a haulier can not make delivery as a result, the pallet will be returned to Azzuria and a refund made to the customer minus the initial delivery, and return haulage charges of £120 combined. Please also note that the hand pump trucks cannot travel over soft ground or gravel.
Customers who wish to cancel an order prior to it leaving our factory/warehouse can do so for a full refund minus an admin charge. See Returns, Cancellations and Refunds.
